She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of New Hampshire. She graduated with a Veterinary Medicine Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Dugan has a special interest in internal medicine and preventive medicine. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and relaxing at her family&#8217;s cabin in Maine.
